Ice Cream Sundae's Anytime with Breyers New Toppings

One of my strongest and sweetest memories of growing up was of my dad taking my sister and I to the drugstore across from our house called Long's Sundries. Ha, I thought it was called that because of the awesome ice cream sundae's they made.

This was in the day when you sat on a swival stool at the counter and watched the guy make you a sundae or perhaps a cherry coke.  And yes, he actually pumped the cherry flavoring and stirred it in.  I have to tell you I've never experienced anything that good from any ice cream place since.

But now I have choices and that's a game changer.  Breyers, my favorite ice cream by the way, has made it possible for me to make my own ice cream favorites at home with their new line called Breyers Toppings.  And who needs a special occasion for ice cream, it was just a Happy Sunday at our house.
Breyers covered all the bases with this new line.
  • 3 Real Fruit Toppings in Strawberry, Cherry and Mixed Berry.  These aren't your typical fruit toppings, they have more of a natural flavor with bits of real fruit They're also not super overly sweet and they have a little bite to them. These are made with real fruit and without high-fructose corn syrup, artifical flavors, artifical color or perservatives. Plus, they only have 10 grams of sugar or less per serving!
  • 3 Flavors of Ice Cream Sauce in Chocolate, Caramel and Hot Fudge.  I love these easy to use pouches that can be served cold or warm.  You can heat them in just seconds in the microwave and with the squeeze pouch there's no sticky mess. Plus the cap makes them resealable.
  • 2 types of Sprinkles - Rainbow or Chocolate, need I say more.  Delicious, with a little crunch and the rainbow ones are so bright and pretty!
To get you started Breyers will even give you a $1.00 off coupon.  Just click HERE.
With so many yummy choices our Sunday sundae turned into a banana split because I couldn't choose just one topping.
All I have to say is it was um-um good.  Why not have your own sundae party.  I'll even show you how to make the ice cream cone garland.  See my tutorial here.

Thank you Breyers for choosing me to be a Sundae-Savvy Mom and an ambassador for Breyers Toppings, because you're never too old for ice cream sundae's.

Hugs Y'all...
Disclosure:  I received these products from Breyers to assist in my review but as always all opinions are 100% mine.
