Is Photobucket the Problem? Dashboard Reader Pics Keep Going MIA

I'm so tired of my pics not showing up in blogger reader! Let's see if this one does.

Nope this one didn't show up on my dashboard reader either. Everytime I post it's a guessing game as to whether it will show up or not. Last year I the fix was to never check the "stayed signed in" button on blogger. But that's not the case this time. I'm am just about over blogger. Does anyone else use photobucket? Have you had any problems with it? Please let me know. What image hosting site do you use?

Blogger and Photo Bucket - Fix this before I giveup and quit this.

  1. Hey Tracy! Thanks for the comment! I had a blast. Hubby just kind of followed me around and watched. I guess that's his thing. LOL! This was our first cruise. We had originally planned to fly to Jamaica, but the airlines wouldn't let my hubby bring his oxygen bottles, and the doctor wouldn't give the ok to fly without, so if we wanted to go it had to be a cruise. I'm glad we did because as I said my fave spot wasn't Jamaica, but Grand Caymen Island. As far as Photobucket, I just used it for the first time tonight on my blog. I haven't checked to see about the pictures on Google Reader though. How would I do that?

My blog will be back to it's normal format with devotionals Thursday night (I don't post on Wednesdays).

    God bless,
    PJ

  2. Tracy, It is photobucket. I first had a problem with them in regard to my blog background. In July 2010, my blog background mysteriously disappeared and I was left with a little box saying the image on photobucket had been moved or deleted. Here is a link about why this happened. Please note that Scrappin' blogs has resolved the issue by paying a monthly fee to photobucket. http://scrappinblogs.blogspot.com/2010/04/what-happened-to-my-old-code.html

I noticed this last night: see the little box that says this photo has been moved or deleted... on this link? http://bandwidthkitchen.blogspot.com/

If a photo gets deleted in photobucket, it is removed from anywhere you have it on your blog.

Can you just load your photos directly onto your computer, rather than going through photobucket?

    Good luck, Tracy!

    Hugs, Beth
