Take Time...

Take time to pray....it helps to bring God near and washes the dust of earth from your eyes.

Take time for friends....it is the road to happiness.
Take time for work....it is the price of success.
Take time to think....it is the source of power.
Take time to read....it is the foundation of knowledge.
Take time to laugh....it is the singing that helps with life's loads.
Take time to dream....it hitches the soul to the stars.
Take time to play....it is the secret of youth.
Take time to worship....it is the highway to reverence.

  8. Dearest Tracy,
Sorry I haven't stayed in touch lately--everything has been so up and down that it makes my head spin to think of it all!

I know you have been worried about me and are still praying for me so I am giving you an update on what has been going on !

After I wrote to you in December--things would get better and then get worse at our house! Keith was getting close to the end of his unemployment checks and had found out that the job that he was told he would be interviewing for in South Carolina was NOT going to come about! Maybe--and that was a BIG maybe--it might be available in the Summer of 2011 but--it was not going to open any time soon! They told him to start looking elsewhere for a job--everywhere he interviewed was a job with horrible conditions/very low pay /bad shift/ hours etc.

He was getting depressed but would not express his concerns or fears! After his outburst at Christmas, I was still concerned that we (our relationship/marriage) would not be strong enough to overcome this situation! Everything was taking a toil on us just to survive! I really didn't think we would see our way out of this!

But in all of my worries and cares, I had temporarily forgotten WHO was in CHARGE...

Surprisingly, just when we had reached the point where we were barely speaking to each other, Keith got a call from Europe and the people at Kemit (the job we had been hoping he would get) decided to hire him to help manage their plant in England for one year and then to return to the United States to work at the Plant in S.C.!

God willing, He will leave for England on March the 7th and will be able to come home every 3 months! Yes, it will be hard to be away from him and I will be here alone with four children to take care of but I am going to hire several people to help---something I haven't been able to do before but am able to do now! I am also going to travel back with him when he comes home in June to visit England and all of the other places I have dreamed about seeing!

So I am here to testify that God is Great and even though the road seems endless and all is lost--He is there to support us and give us what we require from him--he does wish for us a "life of abundance"!

So there is hope and believe me --just when you think all is lost and you can't take another day of trying that ends up in failure--
God steps in to show us the way out through His grace and love for us! I thought I had lost all hope-- but once again God knew exactly what had to take place before we could go forward in our lives!

Keep on inspiring others with the good work you're accomplishing with more inspiring posts like this one! You will lighten the hearts of so many and relieve them of their worries and doubts just by giving them the reasons to believe again that there is a way out of any problem if they'll just stay the course!

Your prayers and concerned efforts to help me find my way through this bleak time kept me going when I thought I could not go anymore! Just knowing that you were praying for me gave me the strength and determination that helped me to hang on when I really felt like letting go! You literally saved my life and helped me to save my marriage!

Hard times bring out the worst in people, never the best, and my husband fell victim to the worst, which never helps in any situation but is so natural to happen--we are only human after all! Never before in any situation that we had to face had I seen him fall apart so badly! He was always the strong one! Now God is restoring Keith back to who he was before and restoring my love and trust in him also!

So now I have much praise and thanks to send your way! GOD IS GREAT!

May God bless you abundantly for all you do!
    Big Hugs,
    Kym
