Country Bob's All Purpose Sauce Review and Giveaway

When summer comes we all think about grilling out. That brings to mind barbeque sauce, steak sauce and seasoning salts. But I never let the end of summer stop me from using those items indoors when I cook. I like nothing better than pulled pork barbeque sandwiches! Ummmm... my mouth waters just thinking about it.
To be honest until Country Bob's contacted me, I thought they only made barbeque sauce.  But that's not so.  They also make All Purpose Sauce which is perfect for steak, chicken, fries, seafood, baked beans and more.  I really haven't even thought about using steak sauce in years.  Okay, Country Bob I'm game.  Let's see what you've got.

After checking out Country Bob's recipe collection, I decided to give "World's Greatest Burger" a try.  The ingredients were simple and I had most of them on hand.
2 1/2 lb. chopped sirloin (I used ground beef)       3/8 c of Country Bob's All Purpose Sauce
1/2 package of Lipton Onion Soup Mix                 1 T Country Bob's Seasoning Salt

Combine chopped sirloin with Lipton Onion Soup mix, Country Bob's All Purpose Sauce, and Country Bob's Seasoning Salt.  Grill, and then top with about 1 T. Country Bob's All Purpose Sauce before serving.

So by now you can see where I differed in the ingredients.  I didn't use chopped sirloin, I used ground beef (I did drain the grease).  I also didn't have Country Bob's Seasoning Salt so I used the one I had on hand.  I also didn't need 2 1/2 lbs of meat for 2 people, so I cut the ingredients appropriately.
What did we think of the World's Greatest Burger?  I wouldn't give it that title but it was very good.  Perhaps using not using sirloin and not having Country Bob's Seasoning Salt made a big difference.  I think I was a little heavy with the Lipton Onion Soup Mix too.  And even though I don't crown it the World's Greatest Burger, I didn't leave any crumbs on my plate.  Neil and I rubbed our full tummies and agreed it was a darn tasty burger.

If you look on the back of a bottle of Country Bob’s All Purpose Sauce you'll notice that his all natural ingredients are easy to read.  No weird additives here.  And another big plus is that is done not contain MSG and is even gluten free!   One tablespoon has only 25 calories, 6 grams of sugar and 170mg of sodium.

Country Bob Edson perfected the sauce of his dreams in 1968.  I admire the companies commitment to Christ.  As they say "It would be nice if we could claim responsibility for the success of the company, however, credit must be given where credit is due." Proverbs 16:3 says, "Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and your plans will succeed."   We have placed true ownership of Country Bob, Inc. in the hands of God."
