Last night used PAM along with my new dish and spatula to cook country ribs.  Did my ribs stick to the dish?  Heck no!  I usually use aluminum foil to line my dishes. Was my clean up quicker?  Heck yeah! I just put the dish in the sink and it all washed right off.  With the foil I would put that in the trash and inevitably still have to wash the dish.  So yeah, this did save time.
