Betty Crocker Fun da-Middles - Cupcake Prize Pack Giveaway

I don't need a special occasion to make a treat but making a treat sure makes it feel like a special occasion.  And that's exactly what I did today.  I made cupcakes. And they were delicious, even if I have to say so myself.

With a sweet tooth like mine this package was like opening a Christmas present. 

Let's take a peek and see what's inside.  All pretty and pink.  The package included a non-stick muffin/cupcake tin, a package of Wilton cupcake papers, the cutest cupcake oven glove, some too cute note cards, and of course a box of Fun da-Middles.

These were so easy to make.  I took a few pictures while preparing them but the computer seemed to eat those when down loading.  Bad computer.

Besides the great taste, and yes they were really yummy, these are perfect to add to a kids (or an adult, if you're like me) lunch box or as a snack on the run.  There's no need to frost these, the sweet cream filling is in the middle.  No mess!!  I did frost half of mine but honestly these were plenty sweet enough without it.
