morn'n Tracy! cute fabrics, the cowboy one reminds me of Paula Clare also! I think PJs would be perfect for both of those fabrics, or lampshades, pillows or even curtains. Happy Wednesday! vivian
Definitely PJ's.........all the way! Some "one size" fits all kind of things, whether for adults or youth............I'd wear both patterns just because they are vintage looking. Roll-up art studio's for youngsters is another option. Use the cowboy knit and the ballerina fabric on the outside, and a coordinating cotton fabric on the inside. Sew in sections with pockets for brushes, crayons, pencils, and little zippered pockets for erasers etc. Roll it up with ties and you've got a portable art studio for your kids to take anywhere. Just a couple of thoughts.
The cowboy fabric is pretty cool. I saw these pillows that have pockets for kids to stash their favorite stuff inside. Do kids still play with coy boy and indian figures? What a great gift for a boy!
Hi Tracy, You are always so kind to let us know about others in need of our prayers. How are you holding up these days with your MIL? I know your heart smiled to find this wonderful fabric. Take care of yourself. On my mind, Elizabeth

Tracy,
ReplyDeleteI don't sew, so I have no input there... ;)
I'm glad to hear your MIL is getting settled. Been praying for you as the Lord leads; hoping you have a time of rest! (And creativity!)
Love & hugs,
Lysa
